Workers end occupation, begin picket

Workers at the Visteon factory in Enfield, North London, ended their occupation on Thursday and have begun a 24-hour picket of the plant as they attempt to keep up the pressure on Ford, which is in negotiations with the union Unite. This video features footage of the Visteon workers leaving the building collectively on Thursday lunchtime:
